Terms of use

No legalese games. Use the app, get on with your day.

Last updated · May 8, 2026 · Effective immediately for new installs.

These terms cover what you can expect from Meetinged and what we expect from you. We've kept them as short as a working software contract reasonably allows. If anything is unclear, email legal@meetinged.com — we'll answer in English, not paragraphs.

1. The agreement

By installing or using Meetinged ("the app"), or by visiting meetinged.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms with Meetinged ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Your license to use Meetinged

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may use the app for any lawful personal, business, or educational purpose. You may not:

3. Account, calendars & permissions

Meetinged has no signup. There is no Meetinged account. The app uses the calendar accounts already on your Android device, with read-only permission you grant at the OS level. You can revoke that permission at any time from Android Settings — the app will keep working but obviously can't auto-launch anything.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed via Google Play. Pricing and renewal cadence are shown at the moment of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policy. Some jurisdictions (EU, UK) grant a 14-day right of withdrawal — claim it through Google Play within that window and we'll honour it. After that window, refunds are at Google's discretion.

5. Fair use

Premium features have generous, non-throttled limits because they're features a single human can plausibly use during a working day. If we ever detect automated abuse (e.g. hundreds of API-style calls per minute coming from the same install), we reserve the right to pause Premium for that install and contact you. We have never had to do this.

6. Availability & changes

The app runs locally and works offline once installed. The site is best-effort 24/7; brief maintenance windows are normal. Premium server-side checks (subscription verification) depend on Google Play's availability — outages are rare but possible.

We may update the app to fix bugs, add features, or comply with new Android APIs. Material changes to functionality you depend on will be communicated in-app before the change ships.

7. Warranty & liability

Meetinged is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law (notably consumer protection law in your country).

8. Termination

You can terminate at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling Premium in Google Play. We can terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms; we'll give you a chance to fix it first unless the breach is severe.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your habitual residence — those override anything inconsistent in this section.
